Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to www.cingulatehealthcare.com. We strive to provide excellent healthcare services and ensure transparency in our policies. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. Cancellation by Patients:

o Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charges.

o Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.

2. Rescheduling:

o Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

o Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and may be subject to the above cancellation charges.

3. No-Show Policy:

o Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the consultation fee.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

o Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment.

o Partial refunds (50% of the consultation fee) will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

2. Processing Refunds:

o Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.

o Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Cases:

o Consultation fees for completed appointments are non-refundable.

o No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

1. In rare cases where an appointment needs to be canceled by Cingulate Healthcare due to unforeseen circumstances, patients will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, the appointment may be rescheduled at the patient’s convenience.
